The Airline Reservations Division needed an online presence for the new ResAnywhere remote communications. In 2008, all existing internal communications programs were converted via Microsoft software and adopted by the company as the new protocol. Both Brick&Mortar and Remote agents across the system would receive live updates simultaneously.

The first pilot program of ResAnywere remote agent program, an innovative new email newsletter was deployed which connected all agents Brick & Mortar and Remote to news, briefings, training and operations resources.
